Satsang Centers and Volunteers Sadguru Shree Ramakrishna Swamiji established Satsang centers in order to mobilise people to work as volunteers for Shree Datta Devasthan's divine work of conservation and spread of vedic ideology, culture and development of Vedic Gurukul into a major institution. The Satsang centers started off with a small number of people in just two three cities and have now grown into thousands of volunteers in several cities across India and also in the USA. Following are the activities carried out by satsang volunteers:

1. Spreading the Vedic ideology and values of Vedic religion to masses through personal meetings with people by means of a door-to-door campaign.

2. Spreading the preaching of His Holiness Shree Ramakrishna Swamiji by selling his books like Guruwani, Amrit Kalash and Guru Gauravika.

3. Collecting donations for Vedanta Vidyapeetham, the university managed by Shree Datta Devasthan Trust. These donations are dedicated to the education of students in Gurukul. The students come from various parts of India and live and study in the Gurukul. They are not charged any fee or donations and their complete expenses for the duration of 12-14 years are borne by the Datta Devsathan Trust. Besides the student education, the institute conducts various Yagas like 'Shatachandi Yaag', 'Vishnu Yaag' and 'Ganesh Yaag'.
