Kalpvruksh

The divine self of H.H. Shri Ramkrishna Kshrsagar Maharaj which housed both Godly and Sagely powers and due to his eternal consciousness preached divine wisdom. These were noted down by devotees. Vedic Dharma is based on Acharana( Practice of noble thoughts). Gurudev taught devotees in an easy language how to bring the Vedic Dharma in practice in today's times. Shri Gurudev never gave a discourse or lecture on any topic but would give HIS blessings on Satsanga Mandals on occassion of Gurupournima, Dattajayanti festivals etc. This included many a topics for counseling. Also when devotees came for HIS Darshan, while guiding them on their difficulties this divine knowldge would emanate from HIM during the conversations . Daily morning- evening ardent devotees who were knowledge seekers would pen down these Holy words emanating from HIS divine wisdom. This was a source of knowledge on many topics for devotees. Out of the collection of these notations some devotees created texts like 'Guruvani', 'Amrutkalash',' Nitya Guruvan'i, 'Dharmadarshan', 'Shri Ramkrishna uvacha' etc. Since 1999 Guruvani, Amrutkalash series of books and texts like Nitya Guruvani and Shri Ramkrishna Uvacha are being published by Shri Datta Devasthan Trust. Amongst these Guruvani unfolds the guidance on various topics of living our daily transactional life ina concise but fundamentalistic manner. The series of Amrutkalsh texts includes guidance on a particular topic in greater detail.

Every science has its Dos and Donts's as rules and they are followed strictly. Whether it be Physics or Chemistry - Do we doubt the principles? -Never. That is not our ability. Thus denying the rules which have been followed in practice for years together would be detrimental to our own selves. A power point of an electric bulb will not illuminate a Halogen bulb. A hot pan cannot be touched .Likewise the science of religion also has set of rules to be followed for conduct. The only difference is mistakes in conduct of these rules take time to show up as effects. To avoid such mistakes while upholding our Dharma (religious conduct, ways of worship, practices of worship )there are certain rules (Dos and Dont's) prescribed in our religion. The guidance of these rules is explained in these books (Guruvani, Amrutkalash etc.).

Guidance on who and how the Holy Texts like Shri Gurucharitra and other religious texts are to be read, how should they daily service to God be rendered, Idol worship, Annadana ( feeding the Hungry) Ashtanga Sadhana ( Yogic practices of 8 steps), Bhaktimarga (Path of Devotion), Importance of Bathing etc. is available in these religious books. The religious traditions of Kuladharma, Kulachara, and Shraddha paksha are eloping from well educated households today. Their importance is also given in these books. Dos and Donts for women and men while conducting religious practices are prescribed alongwith its reasoning. The practice of chanting and recital of the Lord's name (Naamjap), Soham Sadhana, Agnihotra ritual, Namasmarana and detailed guidance of such topics is also included in these books. The all encompassing scope of Hindu religion, how to achieve Internal Peace (Manashanti) , Importance of Vedic Mantras, the necessity of Pilgrimage are topics analysed in these books. Thus for people with religious bend of mind and those who want to progress on this path of Adhyatma, the books provide for a detailed guidance to them. Since H.H. Sadguru is an incarnation of Lord Dattatreya Himself HIS guidance does not leave any doubts in our mind and we become inclined to believe every word of HIM and progress ahead by bringing in practice HIS teachings.
